Click on the template tab at the top. Then scroll down until you find the text that says

< !-- If you'd like, you could place footer information here. -- >

Take that out (it's a comment) and insert the following

<|a href="http://whateveryouwanttolinkto.comraderie">Click This Text<|/a><|br>

Of course, here in the post it shows up as an actual link, so I had to insert | characters in each tag. Remove them before use, and of course put the right URL in and whatever text you want.
